He listens to your concerns, is not rushed, reviews your xrays and answers questions directly. I had a 20 year old knee, done elsewhere, that had finally failed had a new knee inserted. I was in less pain the day after surgery that I had been in 6 months. I was back to work in 6 weeks with excellent function and no pain.
